The inspectors of the Yerevan Center of the RA Food Safety Inspection Authority carried out control in the public catering facility owned by individual entrepreneur Artyom Nazaryan (Tigran Metsi 31/3). They found out that the latter is operating with sanitary and hygienic violations.
In particular, there were no adequate spaces and necessary facilities for storing working tools and accessories; there were no domestic areas (bathrooms, washrooms, dressing rooms, etc.), and no adequate measures were taken to prevent animals from entering the food preparation, processing, storage, and transportation areas.
According to the head of the Ministry of Food and Beverage, the activity of the public food facility was suspended, and a deadline was set for eliminating the violations.
