The measures taken by the officers of the Arabkir police department revealed that the fireworks were set off on Vratsakan street. After a short time, the executor, a foreigner, was also found.
He presented the empty box of firework materials to the law enforcement officers and stated that he was unaware that August 17-18 are mourning days in Armenia.
