In a conversation with Radar Armenia, the head of the supervision department and providing Equal Opportunities Department Kristina Hovhannisyan did not deny the rumors that there were no changes before the approval of the draft decision.
"I also got acquainted with the statements of non-governmental organizations from the press. All programs and projects related to the rights of people with disabilities have been discussed in working and public order. I agree that there are specific and slight changes, which were later included in the project in working order.
," explains Hovhannisyan.
According to the head of providing Equal Opportunities Department, this program is a pilot program, as a result of which they will have a notion about what needs to be reformed and what needs to be improved.
