Currently, there are 16 victims, 14 of whom have been identified, and according to the current data, there are 8 missing citizens. This was stated by RA Deputy Minister of ES Davit Hambaryan in a briefing with journalists today, noting that cooling works are constantly being carried out in the vertical part of the building.
"There is no danger of an explosion, but there may be light smoke," says the Deputy Minister of ES, adding that they are trying to find out what is inside the building through video surveillance. "We cannot enter the building because it is dangerous for rescuers, but we will find out if there are still explosive materials through video surveillance.
According to the deputy minister of ES, work is being done with those responsible for the shopping center area to understand the plan, and other data is being transferred to help the process.
