US President Donald Trump, who took office on January 20 of this year, has implemented unprecedented methods of exercising power in his first 100 days.
Trump has launched large-scale administrative cuts, again promising to “bring the government back to the people.” Businessman Elon Musk has been brought in as an advisor to help digitize and improve the efficiency of the government system. He has also urgently revised global trade agreements, raising tariffs, especially on China and Mexico. Trump has also initiated a process of deporting illegal immigrants.
