The newspaper, referring to Ukrainian intelligence, writes that about 3,000 North Korean soldiers were secretly transported from the far east of Russia in civilian trucks and stationed in barracks in the Kursk region. About 300 of them are special forces; the rest are regular troops.
Ukrainian intelligence officials doubt the combat capabilities of the DRC military because they have never left their country and participated in actual combat. In addition, they have no experience in waging a modern war using UAVs. They can probably be used as infantry.
