The country's Ministry of Defense reported that the Croatian Air Force was equipped with 6 "Rafale" multi-purpose fighter jets, which arrived from Paris.
It is noted that we are talking about 6 of the 12 previously ordered planes. Zagreb's choice of French aircraft stopped in May 2021 to replace its aging MiG-21 fighter jets. The deal worth 1.15 billion euros was concluded in November of the same year. According to the terms, payments to Paris will be made in 2021-2026.
