The guest on Radar Armenia's "Radar Conversation" program is human rights activist Vardan Harutyunyan. He touched on Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, the possibilities of signing a peace treaty, and the elections to be held in the USA, Russia, Azerbaijan, and the EU; he spoke about Armenian-Russian relations and Aliyev's goals.
According to Harutyunyan, the international community is interested in something other than whether that territory will be part of Azerbaijan or Armenia; the important thing is that there should be peace in the region.
"For Russia, Armenia is not a partner for which it should sacrifice its interests or for which it should go to tension with Azerbaijan. There are developments in Azerbaijan and Moscow that will be called elections. There will be no change of power after the elections in Azerbaijan and Moscow. All of Aliyev's elections were illegitimate. Azerbaijan will try to draw the Armenian-Azerbaijani border from where its soldier's foot is. In November 2020, we were in better condition than today. The last "can't" is the inviolability of our southern border."
