"Russia should understand that it is not possible to speak with Armenia in that language." Hovsep Khurshudyan (VIDEO)
The guest of Radar Armenia's "Radar Chat" program is Hovsep Khurshudyan, head of "Free Citizen" NGO. He referred to the current Armenian-Russian relations, talked about Armenia's policy with the West, and the risks of Armenia and Azerbaijan's participation in the informal meeting of CIS leaders scheduled for December.
According to Khurshudyan, Russia should understand that it is not possible to speak with Armenia in that language.
"Armenia should have behaved as Aliyev has always behaved.
