Radar Interview

"Society should treat the information coming from Russia with great reservations." Ashot Melikyan (VIDEO)

The guest of Radar Armenia's "Radar Conversation" program is Ashot Melikyan, the chairman of the "Committee for the Protection of Freedom of Speech" NGO. He referred to freedom of speech, the maintenance of journalistic ethics, professional activity in difficult situations, violations of freedom of speech, and the need to remove Russian channels from the public theater.

Ashot Melikyan says removing Russian channels from the public theater should be seriously discussed. "Only Armenian broadcasters should be in the public theater. Through negotiations, it is possible to achieve that entertainment replaces the political programs of Russian channels. It should be explained that throwing mud at the state cannot be tolerated. The public should treat the information coming from Russia with great reservations."
