"Until there is a master plan, we cannot understand what kind of city we want to have. In recent days, the slightly poor implementation of garbage collection depends on the technical problem, and now we are moving in the direction of correcting the gaps in garbage collection. The most urgent problem that requires a solution is the master plan of the city, which we are working on," said Armen Galjian.
According to his observation, they should reach the point where the citizen realizes that Yerevan is being improved at the expense of the taxes he pays.
