Radar Interview

"The liberation of Shushi and the cease-fire of 1994 were complete strategic victories;" Levon Zurabyan (VIDEO)

Levon Zurabyan, the vice president of the Armenian National Congress party, is the guest of the "Radar Chat" program at the Radar Armenia booth. He referenced the liberation of Shushi on May 8, 1992, and the indefinite ceasefire signed on May 12, 1994.

According to ANC vice-chairman Levon Zurabyan, it was a fabrication that Levon Ter-Petrosyan was unaware of and did not want to carry out Shushi's operation; "Levon Ter-Petrosyan is a statesman, a diplomat, and he does not want to give too much food to our enemies, but our opponents took advantage of it. And they made it one of the main problems of discrediting Ter-Petrosyan that as if he did not know about Shushi's operation, did not order that operation, as if he did not want it, it was taken against his will. Naturally, this is all made up."
