Gurgen Simonyan, the candidate in political sciences, is the guest of the "Radar Chat" program at the Radar Armenia booth. He referred to the negotiations taking place in the USA with the participation of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan and talked about the ways out of the situation.

According to him, there are no negotiations; it is a policy of artificial reconciliation by the USA, "Washington is trying to maneuver so as not to be a party to the process."

Speaking about Aliyev's aggressive rhetoric, Simonyan said that Aliyev's swings are out of date. Referring to the claim of the Russian side that there are no other legal bases for the settlement of the situation around Karabakh, apart from tripartite agreements, the candidate of political sciences noted that the veil of the document of November 9, 2020, remained. "Armenia will have to say: come and protect that paper, which you crumpled and held above our heads."

When asked how to get out of the current situation and whether the new meeting of foreign ministers scheduled in Russia after the Washington meeting is not mutually disruptive circumstances, Simonyan said, "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs should quickly, hastily get sick and state that due to illness, it cannot participate in the Russian format."
