"The employer does not have the right to fire the person participating in the training session;" Ruben Sargsyan (VIDEO)

Ruben Sargsyan, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, is the "Radar Chat" program guest at the Radar Armenia booth. He referred to the changes in the RA Labor Code and talked about employer-employee legal relations and the role of professional labor in establishing the state.

According to the deputy minister, on May 2, the parliament will fully consider the second reading and then adopt the project on making additions and amendments to the RA Labor Code, thanks to which employee-employer relations will become easier.

During the interview, the Deputy Minister of Social Affairs touched upon several important issues and clarified the points of interest to the public.

"There is a great hunger for qualified labor in Armenia.

The employer has no right to dismiss the participant in the training session.

There needs to be a solution to connecting education with the labor market.

The employee can go on vacation even before the end of 6 months.

The number of people with informal employment in Armenia is decreasing;" Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Ruben Sargsyan emphasized.
