Jurist Artashes Khalatyan is the guest of the "Radar Chat" program at the Radar Armenia booth. He referred to the challenges facing Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh and talked about the political impact of the incident during the opening ceremony of the European Weightlifting Championship.
According to him, Moscow's vision of the peace treaty is to get maximum concessions from Armenia. A peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan will not be signed in the foreseeable future.
Referring to the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict in Tegh village last week, Khalatyan noted that there are undisputed reports that the Russians did not allow the EU observers to enter the town.
The jurist considers the presence of the CSTO mission in Armenia unacceptable in the current situation. According to him, that presence is a creeping occupation.
