At the Radar Armenia booth, the guest of the "Radar Chat" program is the head of the "Sovereign Armenia" party, Davit Sanasaryan. He referred to Armenia's internal political problems, talked about the dialogue between the government and the opposition, and issues related to foreign policy.
- In other words, should we change our strategic ally?
- It should have been done a long time ago. We did not have a strategic ally. We were deceived that we had a strategic ally. When your strategic ally arms your enemy, who says he is coming to destroy you and is the number 1 arming partner, many people say, what should we do? We have no choice. They bring Armenia into the swamps, which is worse than more extreme things. There is nothing worse than this.
- Specifically, which state should be our strategic ally?
- I have my ideas, but they should be based on someone's desire or, so to speak, "sympathy," but they should be put on the table, relations should take place, how they think about this matter, etc. But some states have presented their approaches and positions in crises, which can become a basis for forming strategic relations of a new quality. France, I spoke about it a long time ago when France still needed to do more than what we have seen. France can be that state.
