In other words, I am ready for a breakthrough step, but I am waiting for your proposal. And that proposal, however, revolves around the so-called extraterritorial road of Syunik. Why is Aliyev trying to solve this problem exclusively at the Russian negotiating table? Because he was told very clearly at the European negotiating table that this is unacceptable.
