The guest of the "Radar Conversation" program is the leader of the "Ardar Hayastan" party Norayr Norikyan in the Radar Armenia pavilion. He touched upon the recent developments in Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and the Artsakh issue.

- The Russian Foreign Minister will be in Baku on Monday. It is noteworthy that the Munich Conference follows the visit. What progress will there be in the negotiation process on Armenian-Azerbaijani relations? How will the Russian side be sent?

- The conflict is not resolved at the core of Russia's policy. This is their concept. As long as the dispute is resolved, they will keep their influence on Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Artsakh. Suppose we have deciphered Russian policy on the current milestone in the Artsakh conflict. In that case, they demand that the RA citizens have free access to Artsakh through the Lachin Corridor and Azerbaijani through Meghri to Nakhichevan, but they will exercise control themselves.
