Commenting on the EU monitoring mission at the border of Armenia, the chairman of the human rights committee of the Azerbaijani parliament, Zahir Oruj, proposed to move the Russian-Turkish monitoring center in Aghdam to the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in exchange for the EU mission.
Oruj, in particular, stated, "Now the military missionaries, who will line up along the border, think they will create a human shield in front of the Azerbaijani army.
In such a difficult situation, one of the alternative measures is to move the Turkish-Russian monitoring center located in Aghdam to the border with Armenia.
