Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan referred to the Armenian-American document on the implementation of TRIPP. The Minister assured that what has been put on paper and published has been agreed upon.
"There is no more agreement. No condition has been raised, negotiated, or agreed upon, but we have not published it for some reason. There is no such provision. There is what is in this document and published," he said.
Speaking about TRIPP, he noted that it is not a local transport hub. "I myself see three layers here: third country-third country interconnection, conditionally speaking, the Central Asia-EU connection through TRIPP, the second layer is the Nakhichevan-Azerbaijan interconnection, and the third layer, which is the most important for us, is the interconnection of Armenia and third countries in two directions: Armenia-Central Asia and Armenia-West. "This document reflects this perception."
