Arpine Sargsyan highly appreciated Ambassador Quinn's consistent efforts to advance Armenia-US relations, emphasizing that the Ambassador's contribution is undeniable. The Minister underscored the fact that during Ambassador Kvien's tenure, bilateral relations were elevated to a strategic level.
Highlighting the established practical cooperation, the Minister noted that, in recent years, several essential programs on the Ministry of Internal Affairs' reform agenda have been implemented through joint efforts.
