Within the framework of the agreements reached by the Special Representatives for the normalization of relations between Armenia and Turkey, Armenia and Turkey have decided to facilitate visa issuance for holders of diplomatic, special, and service passports.
Starting on January 1, 2026, holders of diplomatic, service, and special passports from both countries will be able to obtain an electronic visa (e-visa) free of charge.
On this occasion, Armenia and Turkey reaffirm their commitment to continue the normalization process between the two countries, to achieve full normalization without any preconditions.
