Among EU member states, relations with the Netherlands and Luxembourg were upgraded to a strategic partnership, and the Strategic Agenda for bilateral collaboration between Armenia and Germany was approved.
The intention to upgrade relations with the United Kingdom to a strategic partnership was announced.
The political agreement reached at the highest level on consolidating the strategic partnership between Armenia and France was emphasized.

Strategic partnerships were established with China and Kazakhstan.

Armenia and Georgia continued to strengthen their strategic partnership.
During the official visit of Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian to Armenia, an agreement was reached to elevate Armenia-Iran strategic relations to a strategic level.
