Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan believes that the time has come to take concrete steps in Armenian-Turkish relations.
“Regarding Turkey, I welcome the readiness, and at the level of our bilateral dialogue, the time has already come when some symbolic and non-symbolic concrete steps should take place, and I hope that they will,” he noted.
