Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan touched upon the transportation of oil products from Azerbaijan to Armenia and welcomed the developments.
“Yes, I also saw that the train with Azerbaijani oil products has moved and is coming to Armenia. I welcome this development,” the Prime Minister noted.
According to Nikol Pashinyan, trade occurs between private companies, but the peace established between Armenia and Azerbaijan has created the political conditions for it.
“I do not have many details, but I know that one train is coming,” he emphasized. According to him, there are specific issues related to the Georgian railway tariff, but they will be addressed. If they are not, and economic entities remain interested, they will seek alternative ways to organize import and export activities.
