According to the Georgian government's decision, Georgian Railways will provide one-time, free rail transportation of Azerbaijani fuel to Armenia. Tbilisi announced the free transit on December 8, and the decree on the decision was published today.
According to the decree, the one-time free transportation of diesel fuel will cover 2,600 tons.
Note that the railway connecting Armenia and Azerbaijan is currently not operating; therefore, cargo between the two countries is transported in transit through Georgia.
