On December 18, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, met with the Deputy Secretary General of NATO, Radmila Shekerinska. The interlocutors discussed issues related to the peace established between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as regional developments and topics of mutual interest. They touched upon the progress of jointly implemented programs.
Alen Simonyan also drew the attention of the Deputy Secretary General of NATO to the issue of prisoners of war, illegally held and missing persons in Azerbaijan.
