Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, speaking about the negotiation package for the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict published by the Government, emphasized that even now, the opposition is asking why the Key West package has not been published.
“Even now, why has the Key West package not been published? Because it is not under the control of the RA Government. The basis of the Key West package is what is printed, which Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s headquarters gave to the “Hazrat” newspaper and was published,” the Prime Minister said, adding that this is the ideological basis of Key West.
