Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan stated that the 2019 Nagorno-Karabakh negotiation document was the same version presented in August 2016, with very few differences.
“The 2019 version was a summary of the documents as of 2018, and we were in the process of evaluating it. Therefore, I directly refute the opposition’s claim that there was any new proposal in 2019. Moreover, we said “no” to that new proposal,” he noted, emphasizing that the Armenian side did not reject that document.
