The judicial process will provide its answers. Nzhdeh Hovsepyan

Today, one of the unique trials in Armenian history has started: Samvel Shahramanyan against Nzhdeh Hovsepyan and the Ministry of Education and Science. Shahramanyan, citing the Artsakh Information Headquarters' statement dated 28.09.2023, which states that he signed the decree on the dissolution of the NKR, claims he has been slandered.

“What is written in the textbook is written in one line: the President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic signed a decree on the dissolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. It is this particular issue that has become disputable,” said Nzhdeh Hovsepyan, co-author of the 9th-grade textbook on the subject of “History of Armenia,” in a briefing, emphasizing that he is talking about disputing one sentence.

According to Hovsepyan, the judicial process will provide its answers: "In my opinion, the issue is as follows: the Artsakh Information Headquarters issued a statement about the relevant decree on September 28, at around 10:20 in the morning, and that news was on all websites. Is that true? I think I'm not mistaken. None of you has removed that news. If we start a legal process, it should be initiated in relation to the Artsakh Information Headquarters, the Armenian media, and all those circles that spread that news, and not only did not deny it, but also did not remove it until today," Nzhdeh Hovsepyan emphasized.
