In accordance with the agreements reached during the meetings of the special representatives of the normalization process of relations between Armenia and Turkey, on November 28, representatives of the relevant departments of the two countries met at the Akhurik-Akyaka checkpoint on the Armenia-Turkey border and in the city of Gyumri, Armenia. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported this.
The second round of technical discussions aimed at the rehabilitation and operation of the Gyumri-Kars railway was held.
