During the briefing, NA Speaker Alen Simonyan touched on the issue of prisoners, noting that there are currently 23 confirmed prisoners.
“We had up to 200 prisoners. Today, there are 23 confirmed prisoners. Let’s wait. I am sure that thanks to the steps taken, the number of prisoners will reach zero at some point,” said Alen Simonyan, emphasizing that everyone will return, including the former leaders of Karabakh.
“Everyone who was captured or found in prisons there will return. Our government has done everything and will do everything to ensure that everyone returns without discrimination,” he noted.
