RA Deputy Foreign Minister Mnatsakan Safaryan said at a briefing in the National Assembly that Armenia is not participating in the CSTO summit but is also not hindering the adoption of decisions and documents.
“I would not link this agreement with any diplomatic and political actions of Armenia,” said Mnatsakan Safaryan, emphasizing that Armenia’s policy at this stage is such.
“Armenia conducts foreign policy based on its interests, according to the emerging situation, and Armenia’s policy of both diversification and balancing has been announced,” he noted and emphasized that Armenia is making decisions. If there is additional information, they will inform.
