The Armenian Ambassador to the United States, Narek Mkrtchyan, participated in the event dedicated to the “National Veterans Day” organized at the Mar-a-Lago estate of US President Donald Trump, the embassy reports.
The event was attended by heads of various US government departments, public figures, veterans, and Hollywood stars.
During the event, the “US Federal Law Enforcement Association” presented awards to heads of federal agencies and veterans.
The Ambassador had contacts with various officials, including:
• US Secretary of Homeland Security Christie Noem,
• US Customs and Enforcement (ICE) Director Todd Lyons,
• US Border Czar Tom Homan,
• US Secret Service Director Sean Curran.
During the gala evening, the Ambassador also had brief interactions with Patrick Beth-David, an American entrepreneur of Armenian descent, the CEO of Valuetainment; well-known Fox News commentator and host Tyrus; and others.
