Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke at a briefing about the Artsvashen enclave and announced that it will not be exchanged without the people's position.
"It must be clearly stated that the RA government cannot exchange Artsvashen without the people's position," said Nikol Pashinyan, adding that the legal basis should be examined in accordance with previous positions.
According to him, when the outline of territorial integrity is restored and recorded, then all possible combinations and variations will be discussed.
