On November 11, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan visited the State of Green company in Copenhagen.
Minister Mirzoyan was introduced to the company's activities, Denmark's significant achievements in developing a green economy through innovative technologies and solutions, its vision for future sustainable development, as well as opportunities for international cooperation.
Being a successful example of a partnership between the Danish government and the country's three leading business associations in the fields of industry, green economy, and agriculture, the company unites the public and private sectors, involving more than 600 government bodies, business representatives, academic institutions, experts, and researchers.
Among other areas, the company also pays attention to the specifics of the biodiversity sector as an essential guarantee for the development of a green economy. Within the framework of Minister Mirzoyan's visit, issues of cooperation related to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity conferences were also addressed. The company will be represented at the conference to be held in Yerevan next year, with the involvement of relevant business circles.
