Alen Simonyan drew the attention of ambassadors to the issue of prisoners of war (PHOTOS)
On November 11, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, met with the heads of diplomatic missions of the EU member states accredited in Armenia.
During the meeting, a detailed discussion was held on various issues related to the RA-EU partnership and the deepening of relations at the parliamentary level. The discussions focused on the ongoing democratic reforms in Armenia, the peace process established between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and regional developments.
Alen Simonyan also drew the ambassadors' attention to the issue of prisoners of war, illegally detained persons, and missing persons in Azerbaijan.
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia also answered the questions of interest to the ambassadors of the EU member states.
