Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan posted a video, writing:
What was needed to prevent the 44-day war? We had to align the legitimacy we imagined for the settlement of the Karabakh issue with the international legitimacy for the settlement of the Karabakh issue.
And that was practically impossible.
Those notions were practically impossible; we had to accept, as the first step, that Karabakh should be part of Azerbaijan, as there was no other option. If we could have done it in 18-19, then yes, it was my mistake not to do it.
