On November 3, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, met with representatives of the Argentine National Congress.
The discussions focused on issues related to both the bilateral agenda and the activation of inter-parliamentary cooperation. The parties also discussed the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, signed in Washington, and regional developments.
They exchanged views on the issue of prisoners of war and illegally detained persons in Azerbaijan. The issue of missing persons was highlighted.
