The fact that Azerbaijan’s rhetoric has changed dramatically since August 8 is a fact, and this is also visible on the border. When we talk about de facto peace, it is not invented at all, it is peace, - stated the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, referring to today’s statements by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
Speaking about the acquisition of weapons, Papikyan stated that Armenia will continue reforms in accordance with its needs, including the purchase of weapons and military equipment. “But August 8 is an important reality, and we cannot ignore it as an accomplished fact, and naturally, it must have its consequences.”
