Issues of promoting trade and economic ties were discussed with the UK Ambassador
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Armenia, Alexandra Pamela Cole.
The Prime Minister congratulated the Ambassador on assuming the post and wished her success in contributing to the consistent development of relations between Armenia and the United Kingdom.
The interlocutors discussed promoting trade and economic ties, advancing democratic reforms in our country, and deepening cooperation across other areas. At the same time, the parties attached importance to raising bilateral relations from a strategic dialogue to a strategic partnership.
The sides discussed the normalization of relations and the establishment of peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as steps to unblock regional communication routes.
