Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan announced that Armenia is ready to open its borders to cargo moving from Turkey to Azerbaijan and vice versa. He also touched upon Armenian-Turkish relations, noting that there is an intensive dialogue with Turkey. "I myself am very optimistic in that regard, and I think that in the near future we should have very tangible results with the Armenia-Turkey dialogue."
