At a government session, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed the decision by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to lift the ban on cargo transportation through Azerbaijan to Armenia.
He recalled that in Tbilisi, he had already expressed his appreciation for the decision of the Azerbaijani President and welcomed it.
"I want to do the same here, because this is a critical decision, it shows that the Washington Declaration and the agreements reached, as some places are trying to present, are not just declarations. They are declarations, but they have brought concrete results," he said.
The Prime Minister drew attention to the opposition's absence during yesterday's question-and-answer session, noting that there is no longer any field of activity for them to justify that Armenia is collapsing.
