Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan participated in the Middle East Peace Summit in Sharm El Sheikh at the invitation of US President Donald Trump and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi welcomed the summit participants, and then the heads of state were greeted by US President Donald Trump. A joint video conference of the heads of state participating in the summit was held.
An agreement to end the war in Gaza was signed at the summit by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, US President Donald Trump, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani.
After the signing ceremony, the US and Egyptian presidents made statements.
