On October 10, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ruben Rubinyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uruguay to Armenia, Silvana Leska Barolin.
Welcoming the Ambassador, Ruben Rubinyan noted that Uruguay is one of Armenia's best friends.
