Discussed current cooperation programs between Armenia and the EBRD

Within the framework of the second Global Gateway International Conference in Brussels, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with Odile Renaud-Basso, President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

The interlocutors discussed current cooperation programs and development opportunities between Armenia and the EBRD.

Prime Minister Pashinyan highlighted the bank's involvement in various sectors of the Armenian economy, particularly in initiatives to develop infrastructure, energy, communications, and digital technologies.

Odile Renaud-Basso emphasized that the EBRD will continue to actively support the Armenian Government's strategic reforms and programs to develop the private sector's potential.

The parties also exchanged views on new opportunities related to green energy, sustainable development, and improving the investment climate.
