The Silk Road Forum will be held in Tbilisi on October 22-23. The fifth forum will be titled Invest in Connectivity-Grow in Stability.
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze will open the forum. The event will also be attended by the Prime Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Nikol Pashinyan and Ali Asadov, according to the Georgian service of Radio Liberty.
Approximately 2,000 delegates are expected to participate.
The forum will discuss global trade, transportation, and logistics, the development of the Middle Corridor, energy, digital transformation, and other relevant topics.
The Silk Road Forum was first held in Tbilisi in 2015. It is organized every two years.
Nikol Pashinyan and Ali Asadov also participated in the forum in 2023. At that time, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili had a trilateral meeting with them.
