In Copenhagen, within the framework of the 7th Summit of the European Political Community, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, met with the President of the Republic of France, Emmanuel Macron.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Pashinyan and President Macron discussed the course of Armenia-France multi-sectoral cooperation and development prospects. The parties reaffirmed the high level of the privileged relations established between Armenia and France and emphasized the importance of implementing new joint initiatives.
Issues related to regional developments, the agreements reached at the Washington Peace Summit, and the implementation of the TRIPP project were also discussed.
The French President reaffirmed his country’s continued support for Armenia’s independence and sovereignty, as well as its commitment to the agenda of democratic reforms. Prime Minister Pashinyan thanked France for the comprehensive support it has provided to Armenia at this crucial stage.
The parties agreed to continue close contacts on bilateral and multilateral platforms.
