French President Emmanuel Macron congratulated Armenia and Azerbaijan on the initialing of the peace declaration, the French president said during a panel discussion held within the framework of the European Political Community.
“The signing (initialization) of the peace declaration between Armenia and Azerbaijan is a great achievement. I congratulate the leaders of both countries. We are focused on the events taking place in the South Caucasus and the Western Balkans,” Macron said.
