Discussed the possibilities of expanding the partnership between Armenia and NATO
On September 29, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with NATO Deputy Secretary General Radmila Shekerinska. The meeting took place within the framework of the Warsaw Security Forum.
The interlocutors discussed the opportunities for expanding the partnership between Armenia and NATO, highlighting the interest in developing a more ambitious agenda.
The recent visit of ambassadors from NATO member states to Yerevan was noted with satisfaction, as was Armenia’s participation in NATO peacekeeping missions.
Turning to regional developments, the interlocutors exchanged views on the importance of the Washington agreements in establishing peace and the implementation of the “Trump Path for International Peace and Prosperity” communication program.
